How fun is that?

Here’s Kris on stage…

(Like the TED talks, Oprah’s SuperSoul Sessions are 20-minute presentations, filmed in front of a live audience and then posted on the internet.)

A bit of backstory…

This past winter, following Rock The Room^® LIVE 2016, I started working 1:1 with Kris Carr. (For those of you who don’t know her, she’s a phenomenal person and also a best-selling author, documentary-maker and wellness advocate). We met over the course of a few months, getting her ready for this big opportunity.

Bit by bit, we went through the core elements of the Rock The Room^® Performance System™ from Throughline to Delivery, and we worked with V-Cards, mapping out the experience.

When you watch the video, notice the range in Content, Structure and Delivery – notice the stories, surprise moments, physicality, dynamic use of stage; the variety of tones (such as vulnerability, wisdom, humor, playfulness); the pacing, pauses and rhythm; and how she was free on stage, not tight to a script. She had “Structured Spontaneity.”

We created a “Full Spectrum” experience — carefully designed for Oprah’s SuperSoul Sessions and the audience.

And Kris being Kris, she poured her heart into this project…and it paid off big time.

She rocked that room.

I could not be more proud.

Her presentation is live and has now been viewed by millions of people.
